At this time, all returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns/exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase for all orders shipped out. Any items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns, so the customer is responsible for all return costs. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Any packages lost/stolen are eligible for credit only once a claim has been filed through the delivery service and it was found to be lost/stolen. We do not refund shipping costs on any returns.
Pre-Orders; Any items purchased for pre-order are not eligible for cancellation or return. Pre-orders can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the items.
