This place has such cute clothes for your little ones. Customer service is wonderful too!!!

I loved this store. They were very gracious in offering a sort of secret shopping experience as I am not finding out gender. I thought that was fantastic.

Tootsies is so cute inside, great clothes displayed beautifully, and not too expensive for boutique style.
